hi, I’m Jen
I’ve been a one-woman-show for most of my career, where I’ve helped hundreds of clients with their wedding/event day branding, stationery & signage. I have learned so much, and am eager to utilize those skills in a new, collaborative environment. Passionate about transitioning into creative project management, operations, or events to leverage my organizational skills, client-focused mindset, and creativity in driving impactful projects from concept to execution.
Here are some wedding projects I’m particularly proud of:
BREANNA + WILL
11.05.22
Breanna and Will’s big day actually graced the cover of Austin Wed Society, where my work was featured both in print and online. We started with this couple’s fully custom invitation suite, including hand-ripped edges, various colored cards, printed envelope liner, and printed vellum wrap with a sourced watercolor illustration of Italy. We carried the romantic & personal vibes into the day-of pieces with handwritten charcuterie escort tags, lasercut table numbers adhered to stones, vellum menu cards, custom bar signage, and more.

PAIGE + NIKHIL
10.10.21
When Paige and Nikhil asked me to help with their wedding design, I knew it was going to be a fun, colorful, happy, GOOD one. And it was — so good in fact that it was featured on Brides. We started with their invitation suite, which incorporated multiple colors, shapes and patterns. We carried the design aesthetic into the day-of pieces, including a custom built seating chart with handwritten escort cassette tapes, hot pink & orange acrylic signage, die-cut orange menu cards, printed vellum envelopes with confetti to toss, custom branded tote bags and cocktail napkins, and so many more fun, branded details.

GRACE + TREY
04.13.24
Grace and Trey were a full-service couple — starting with embossed save the dates, onto letterpressed invitation suites (with custom pressed wax seals), and ending with the day-of signage, which included a large welcome sign, a two-piece seating chart display, handmade table numbers, menu cards that utilized the same wax seal/monogram, branded napkins/cups, bar signs, and other various signage.

KIMBERLY + JACOB
11.06.21
Kimberly and Jacob’s wedding was also featured on the front page of Austin Wed Society, which is always a proud moment. I was full-service with this couple: we designed their totally custom invitation suites, which included various papers (including transparent vellum), envelope liners, and velvet inner envelopes. I then continued their aesthetic through day-of pieces including vellum menu cards (with handwritten place cards attached), a statement welcome sign, custom bar signage, and other smaller signage.

ANNIE + Josh
06.20.20
Annie and Josh’s big day feels like a fever dream — it wasn’t. It was a very real and very gorgeous micro-wedding at a lakefront Airbnb during peak Covid — and we’ve got a Martha Stewart Weddings feature to prove it. I designed their invitation suite, emphasizing the new reality of “livestream weddings” that were becoming popular during the pandemic. On the day-of, we carried through the fun design and intimacy of the day with a custom hanging welcome sign, menu cards, and handwritten place cards attached with small modern clips.

MAKENNA + CALLUM
09.30.23
Makenna and Callum sourced their initial wedding stationery elsewhere, but all of our day-of signage helped bring the branding to life for the guest experience. This included various pieces and various media — fabric table numbers, die-cut welcome sign and personalized menu cards, handwritten escort tags, and branded/illustrated bar pieces (signage & cocktail napkins).

my 30th birthday party
02.26.22
On a personal note, there is nothing I love more than 90’s music and throwing parties. So, when I turned 30, I knew I had to go all out planning a bash. I designed a full invitation suite, which absolutely set the tone of the party with fun colors (confetti included!), rainbow cheetah print a la Lisa Frank, and pop lyric puns. On the night of the party, I had a pink acrylic welcome sign guiding people in, custom champagne bottle labels, cocktail napkins, printed MASH cards, cootie catcher fortune tellers, custom “JENga” set, an epic snack table with all our childhood faves, tons of lyric signs, and of course, summer hits of the 90’s blasting.
